In this and coming articles I focus on the needs of the ladies and gentlemen who want and will pay for better quality, but who are likely independents or have minimal funding.  This does not mean that bigger studios will not use Sigma lenses, the smart ones will. It also means that smaller shops can now be shooting with true cinema glass at lower cost than has ever been readily available.
